Housing staff plans to accomplish several projects during the Winter Break
Planned Projects
- Orkin will spray throughout all residences.
- New laundry signage
- Staff will clean all Maple Hill suite bathrooms Dec. 21 – 23.
- Walton Hall suite bathrooms will be cleaned before Jan. 4.
- Improvements will be made to the Brough Commons’ bathrooms
- Painting the hallways and community rooms in Northwest Quad A (now known as Gatewood Hall)
- Working on the steam valves/controls at Holcombe
Possible Projects
- Epoxy laundry at Walton (Darby second floor)
- Epoxy laundry at Holcombe
- Slab replacement on the south patio at Humphreys
