Housing’s Residential Facilities staff will complete the following projects during the winter break period:

  • Maple Hill – Cleaning the suite bathrooms between Dec. 19-22
  • Walton Hall – Cleaning the suite bathrooms by Jan. 3.
  • Duncan Apts – Remove existing common room furniture in several apartments to store at warehouse as overstock. New furniture will be installed in those apartments.
  • Northwest Quad B – Removing and reinstall existing study area, front office, and great room furniture to allow for carpet and vinyl flooring installation

Pest Control During the Winter Break

Orkin pest control will administer pest control in all student rooms during the break. In addition, they will spray the public areas and trash chutes. A building services staff member will accompany the Orkin personnel to the student rooms.

Students should pick up all of their belongings from the floors as it will assist with completing their pest control treatments.
