USA Day is just around the corner!

The International Culture Team of the Office of International Students and Scholars is partnering with University Housing’s Global Series to bring USA Day to campus.

The event starts at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 13, in the Holcombe Hall living room.

In our various Global Series, international students showcase the traditions, beliefs and cultures of their country.

USA Day is an opportunity to share your home state’s culture and fun with international students and scholars.

We need students, staff and faculty volunteers to create a table representing the state that they are from. The presentation can have pictures, food samples, memorabilia, items often found there, games, activities and more.

We need volunteers to create these “cultural state tables.”

If you are interested in presenting, you can sign up for volunteering hours using the following link: USA Day Presenters | University of Arkansas (givepulse.com)

This event is open to all students, staff and faculty as well as the Fayetteville community. We encourage attendees to invite their families and friends.
