Understand the Risks:

Alcohol is prevalent on college campuses, and it’s crucial to understand its potential risks. Excessive alcohol consumption can lead to impaired judgment, compromised decision-making, and increased vulnerability to accidents or dangerous situations. Familiarize yourself with the signs of alcohol poisoning and remember that excessive drinking can have severe consequences for your physical and mental health.

Set Personal Boundaries:

It’s essential to establish your own limits and respect them. Understand what responsible drinking means to you, and never feel pressured to drink more than you’re comfortable with. Remember, it’s okay to say no to alcohol if you don’t want to partake.
