Join us Thursday on the Maple Hill lawn for Straight Shot, an alcohol-free outdoor party with live music and “mocktails” and food.

The event starts at 8 p.m., March 30 outside Maple Hill South. All students are invited. It is an @Home event from University Housing.

Straight Shot is an exciting way for students to spend time with friends, make memories, listen to great music and experience an alcohol-free environment without spending money or leaving campus.

“Straight shot is a wonderful program that demonstrates that you can have a great time in college without alcohol and drugs. It will be an electric atmosphere with great music and with a few twists and turns for you to be on the lookout for,” said Asher Morgan, Ph.D, a substance abuse prevention coordinator for the Pat Walker Health Center.

Get Your Wristband

The program is designed to emulate a Row Week party. The planning team will set up a fence on the Maple Hill lawn to create a party atmosphere.
University Housing’s resident assistants will provide students with wristbands the week of March 26 that will grant students access to the event.
