Recontract Today

Be sure to sign your housing contract today to ensure you live in your perfect spot on campus next year! Think about all the things you love about campus and how much easier your life will be by living here.

8. Don’t Move

When you live on campus, all of the furniture you’ll need is already waiting in your room when you arrive. There’s no need to haul a couch or bed to Arkansas only to lug it up three flights of stairs to your apartment. You also won’t have to deal with the hassle of figuring out what your roommates are bringing or finding all of the things you forgot you’d need like a toaster or a can opener.

7. Everyday Events

Campus is always bustling with things to do, from various sporting events to guest speakers that are comedians or  prominent political figures. There’s always something interesting to attend. Living on campus allows you to go to new things and never miss an event when you live next door to all of the excitement.

6. Study Spaces

It’s easy to be distracted while studying, especially when you live off campus and your roommates and neighbors are loud. When you live on-campus, you have access to study spaces within minutes of your hall. Find a spot in the library or outside on campus, free do distractions.

5. Friends

A great thing about living on campus is being just a couple doors away from all of your friends. You don’t have to worry about planning to hangout with friends, when you live down the hall from them. Just swing by after class to study together or watch Friends with our cable package.

4. More ‘You’ TIme

We all know the weekdays that seem to never end, especially when there’s a two hour break between your classes. You don’t have enough time to walk all the way to your car and go back to your apartment to eat or take a nap, but if you lived on campus there would be. Give yourself time to relax and rejuvenate by living five minutes from class instead of twenty.

3. No cooking

Leave the cooking to the professionals. Living on-campus gives you a wide variety of food without the hassle of cooking or cleaning. With extra time in your day, you can study or take time to relax from a long day of classes. You also don’t have to worry about going to the grocery store, everything you want, including snacks and school supplies, is conveniently located just a short walk away.

2. No Commuting

Many students’ biggest complaint is parking. To get to class on time most off campus students have to leave, at the latest, thirty minutes early. You have to walk from the Green lots or pay hundreds of dollars to park in one of the parking garages.

1. Close By

The best thing about living on campus is everything is close. Sleeping in is an everyday reality because your classes are a five-minute walk away and you have all the tools you need to succeed right at your fingertips whether it’s school or health related.
